The handball rule is a bin fire. It worked when you gave a ref proper discretion to assess whether it was intentional. I would agree with adding a "if it leads to a goal, its handball anyway". Beyond that, all the changes are an absolute mess. | |

Yes you obviously jump with your arms BUT he left them up when he landed... Watch it back, he kept his arm up and the ball hit it so it's a pen by current rules | |
