…I’m a little bit sad we didn’t survive last season.
After waiting so long to get there we only managed one season, would’ve been nice to just survive and have another go.
Just a little bit though.
It was so nice not to have VAR last Friday, the game would’ve never have ended.

Last season was dross. It’s not particularly fun to turn up to games knowing you have no hope and getting beaten so often. Although I guess by definition had we stayed up we would’ve accumulated many more points and had less of that.
I don’t like VAR and much prefer football without it, but the biggest thing for me is the inequality and slowness of the schedule in the PL. EFL is great, much more of a level playing field, way more midweek games, just generally far more enjoyable as a supporter IMO. |  | | |

We must strive to be the best we can.
If I had my way, we would stay in the Championship forever. Finish between 7th and 10th every season with a cup quarter final or better every 3 to 5 years. Would love that, but our owners wouldn't tolerate it. |  |
