I feel Coventry have got a bargain.

Poll: Following Saints game, when will Ipswich have their next permanent signing?

I'd say that objectively reflects his true value. He's overrated by a section of Town fans Im afraid, and Mckenna has played him less and less for a reason.

I think Mckennna wanted to keep him as no more than back up and as an academy product he ticks that EFL squad requirement, box.

Trust the process i believe is the term used on here....

Good luck Luke, a change of scenery id needed for you i think.

I don’t think you have ever given an objective opinion on him, but hopefully we won’t have to hear you going on about him any more

If that's the fee it's a brilliant deal for them.

Yeah, I’d say double that is about right.

Getting rid of the wrong two if you ask me. Time will tell I guess, but I think it's a wrong move. Happy for Greaves & O'Shea to prove me wrong, but I'm on good ground!

Agreed. Wolfe and Burgess would have done no worse than O'Shea and Greaves this season so far.

Presumably we had 4 CBs who want to play regularly and those 2 were the easiest to get rid of. We wouldn't make our money back on Greaves and O'Shea has been made captain!

Interesting considering he was not their first choice - had they landed Charlie Hughes I wonder if anyone else would have come in for him . . .

Watford and Stoke were interested as well.

He should be used to not being first choice by now.

Got £4m combined for Woolfy and Burgess (who turned down a deal due to the length of the deal)

For

Greaves and o Shea (combined at least £30m)

I do think last years transfer window is starting to get exposed at how poor it really was.

Put like that, yes, it’s bleak reading.

Yea, I get it, I just wonder if loaning him to a bottom half team might have been a better option.

He might not want to play for a bottom-half team.

Good Lord! Whatever is it?

Buyers market.
We've got too many players and need to sell some, last day of this transfer window, equals buying club gets a cheaper deal.

It's hard to put a value on Woolfy, but I'm certain it should be more than Darnell Furlong.
