Jack taylor 19:45 - Sep 1 with 1285 views | FrimleyBlue | Possibly the oddest move of the windows is not seeing him moved on. Clearly the club see he's a handy option but I must admit with all the ins and outs I'm extremely surprised he's not one of them.

Jack taylor on 19:49 - Sep 1 with 1203 views | Garv | Suspect he isn't one of the top earners, probably realises he isn't going to be a regular starter and is happy making cameos (and he's good at them) and probably hasn't kicked up a stink. Good impact on Saturday and won the pen. Tries hard, runs with the ball, tackles, can shoot when he gets in the right position. I like him.

Jack taylor on 19:51 - Sep 1 with 1162 views | thebooks | We had 40,000 attacking midfielders and only 4 senior central midfielders, I guess. I don’t think he’s played badly. Can play either role (or neither, depending how you look at it).

Yes, I suspect Cajuste’s knee issue may come into it too, as his time has to be carefully managed. I wouldn’t like to only have 4 CMs.

Not really a case of singleling him out more with the rapid throw aways of our promotion squad. I'm surprised he's survived the cull.

Jack taylor on 20:16 - Sep 1 with 730 views | SheffordBlue | Over the summer I fully expected him to move on but I think he's lifted his game quite a bit and has fought for a squad slot in the friendlies and games so far. Whether he comes to regret that and would have done better with a move remains to be seen!

Jack taylor on 20:19 - Sep 1 with 678 views | J2BLUE | Think he has a fight on to be here at the end of January. Humphreys has impressed me in his league cameos so far. Let's hope it brings out the best in him.

Jack taylor on 20:35 - Sep 1 with 534 views | BouncebackIpswich | Would have been madness to let him go, only 3 ahead of him with 2 starting positions. In a position where injuries are common and we have 2 players that are 'injury prone' in Cajuste and Nunez. No chance we would have let him go without bringing someone else in. He will get plenty of minutes both off the bench and some starts.

Absolutely zero chance of this happening, ahead of Szmodics, Akpom and Egeli, are you nuts. Could see him as an attack minded box to box 8 Lampard style but as a ten absolutely not. His close control is far from the required standard to play there and no indication he is creative enough

What knee issue? Everyone talks about how we have to manage his knees but no one can offer any concrete evidence he has knee issues. I'm aware that when he came to club he was recovering and we had to manage his time but what knew isse does Jens have?

Not sure the specifics are out there but at the press conference on Friday Phil asked him about how he was managing 'the knee' and he talked about it being in a good place but still managing it. The video is on TownTV if you have a membership and want to hear the exact phrasing.
