Think it's worth holding off somewhat on judgements on individuals until the front four as a whole gets a bit more cohesive. None of them are playing well at the moment, which probably indicates it's a collective issue rather than about one player or another. |  |

I think he’s probably got a few games credit in the bank. He will benefit from having a settled 3 behind him. I haven’t seen enough of Azon to know whether he’s going to be an upgrade on GH or not |  |

He’s looked crap so far this season so you’d imagine he’ll get dropped soon if his form doesn’t pick up.
He needs to stick to what he’s good at, holding the ball up and laying it off for our other attackers, pressing defenders, and making clever runs off the ball to create space for others. Looks to me at times like he’s trying to copy how Delap played last season which obviously isnt his game at all. |

I love him as a player normally but this season he’s been miles off the pace. |
Agree with all this and like you, I do rate him as a player normally. Its like starting the season as the 'main' number 9 has had a negative effect on him. |  |

Think our recruitment indicates that we are looking for better. Hirst has suffered most from those who have departed. Good player, but I think we are looking for a forward to score 20+ goals a season, which isn't Hirst's bag. Our forward line suddenly looks very, very different and potentially much, much better. |  |
