Seriously that would be a very different and strong new Town song, for a rising star, and I'm sure would give him a boost... come on Block A! adopt adopt adopt
Ooooooh - now that is good, pin it Phil!! on 22:20 - Oct 6 by unstableblue

Lock it in! Can many of us hold a note for that long I don't know, but I do know that multiple choices results in none being chosen. And the Town video shows the club is willing us to commit to something and give encouragement to our many individual players.

I was fairly hammered and the bloke was singing Fleetwood Mac anyway. I started singing to my mate “Sindre Walle Egeli” and he said “you’ve got to go and sing the next chorus”.
The rest is history. His mum has liked my tweet this morning too so it has her approval.
Only doubt in my head is that I don’t think that’s actually how you say his name

Ah good, the creator of the chant has said it, now I can as well... yeah, that's not how his name is pronounced
It's the same with the Jens Cajuste I like it chant - they're both great but if we are going to chant to try and support the players I think the least we can do is show them enough respect to get their names right
We're so crap at chants as a club but to butcher pronunciation of names of players we're supposed to love is next level
Brenner and the guy on Sky kept calling him Egeli ("Eh-geh-lee") as well, it kept grinding my gears because I'm pretty sure his 'surname' is "Walle Egeli" and he pronounces it more like "Voll-air-glee". It's like calling Trent Alexander-Arnold, "Arnold".
I'll take my miserable hat off now - I don't mean to have a go because someone has got to write some chants and they're better than my efforts, but I think there's got to be a better fit out there

Call him what you like, but I’m not calling him Rolf.

If you lengthen out the "Voll" bit, it still fits the song, albeit not quite as nicely.
I like it - very simple, people will pick up on it.

Yeah I agree - it has to be simple and it'll catch on. Lengthening the Voll pretty much works
This isn't something in which I usually get involved, but aren't we all missing a trick? Surely the answer is just to sing "Sindre" to the theme tune of Stingray.
Less is more.
