A Norwich fan has contacted me and, well, I'll let them explain...
Appreciate this is a bit of a strange request but I'm a Norwich City supporter who was in Ipswich/Portman Road (in the away end lower tier) and I lost a very important (sentimental) item of jewellery at the game on Sunday.
I know that given the rivalry some Ipswich fans wont want to help me given who I support but I would like to think that some will want to help out of good old fashioned human kindness. I have already got a request in with Ipswich Town FC and they are doing their best to help me too.
It is a gold/metal signet ring given to me by my now deceased Grandad and I am absolutely desperate to get it back. There is also a financial reward that I am willing to pay to anyone who might be able to reunite me with it.
I was also on the 2:15 from Ipswich to Bury St Edmunds service after the game with a load of Ipswich fans too who might have seen something - this is where i think the ring slipped off my finger.

This just reminds me of an incident of a former workplace where someone (not me i hasten to add) decided to email everyone (c.200 people) in the company with a single line subject email that popped up....
