Agreed, overall very poor. Their first goal was poor defending and should not even occurred had the penalty been converted. Their second was marginally offside but obviously no VAR. In short we are lacking that edge we had 2/3 seasons ago. | | | |

I agree, mostly. Al lot of the grief McAteer had got is down to him being dealt hospital passes from Furlong and no support from Matusiwa. Furlong seems ok defensively, but we’re really struggling to play down the right, irrespective of who’s in the right wing position (Walle Egeli was utterly anonymous/pointless tonight, but he’s not the problem either). | |
