I was late for that one. I arrived on the terrace and it was absolute bedlam but the players were around the centre circle.
I asked a copper what was going on. He laughed and said 'this is supposed to be a minutes silence for Robert Maxwell', it was quite something. |  |

Surprised to get this far down the thread and not see Marcus Evans yet (apologies if I missed his mention).
He might not have had the arrogance and lack of respect for fans that some of those listed above have had but he tore the soul out of the club and was slowly killing us through his ineptitude and woeful recruitment.
I could handle the periods in our history playing bad football under unexciting managers but his ownership was death by a 1000 cuts. |  |
