My focus only on Ipswich. We all grow up as football supporters, have affinities with different clubs. Know the size of this club as well, when you're in a job no time to think about these things. Work here as if I'm going to be here forever. When arrived thought always going to be a long-term project. Lot of cranes etc outside here. I'll work as if I'm always going to be Ipswich manager - I won't be at some time I will move on - but can't let that get in the way of the day to day.
Potential compensation big? In every manager's contracts there are contractual things, I don't know what they are, not my focus. | | | |
