| It wasn’t terrible, but goodness it needs to be better - Cajuste response on 18:45 - Dec 6 with 1453 views | unstableblue | Cajuste did two fantastic dribbles into the box second half… when town were playing some of our best stuff…. And following those beautiful moments of skill…. Silence from the lower North… terrible [Post edited 6 Dec 18:45]

Shame because the slower songs are always going to be the loudest with the potential to go around the stadium. Love the enthusiasm of the drum but its affect on the North stand singing has an impact. Not sure what the answer is.

| North Stand. on 20:21 - Dec 6 with 796 views | BlueForYou | The original post is total windup! I sat in the posh seats in the West stand today, on the halfway line. All I heard was a constant noise from the North stand lower getting behind the team from minute one to minute ninety five. Well done that area! Coventry fans were quite loud in the first 20 mins but faded away. Why don't the South/Churchmans make more noise is the question. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Half the North Stand just can’t keep in time. Anything with clapping gets faster and faster, totally ruining the efforts of those that can. Hardly a surprise people give up.

When did the South/Churchmans last make some noise? Probably the 80s!

I can’t comment on the North Stand, as I’m far too far away and the acoustics stop much carrying to opposite sides, but I can assure you the SARU around me were giving it a good go after a slow start. We’re in block 3, right next to the away supporters and we were giving them a run for their money. The frequent rendition of “Top of the league, you’re ‘aving a larf” nicely winding them up. Could have been better in the first 20 minutes, but it picked up nicely, and for the first game in ages, we didn’t seem to have many negative numpties close enough to us to pull the atmosphere down.
