Nice bit of whataboutery there. I couldn't care less how Middlesborough do, I care about how we do, and Millwall was yet another game that we should have won, but didn't ( see also, Blackburn, Leicester, Oxford, Wrexham, Watford ).
In fact it actually makes it even worse that Boro slipped up and we failed to take advantage. We are amazingly still in a fairly good position, but boy do we need to see a big improvement in the second half of the season. |  | | |

Well, expectations have been raised given that our manager has been given the resources to build the strongest squad in this league and he doesn't seem to be making a great job of it over the last 2 summers & he is either a poor judge of a player or isn't getting the best out of the squad.
How poor we were in the latter years of the Evans ownership isn't relevant to that argument. |  |

Points return should be better but good enough to keep us in the right area of the table. Performances the problem, KMc is a massive advocate of performances yielding the points, he’ll be far from happy himself.
We are nowhere near where we would want and need to be in terms our squad balance, our quality or our consistent performances levels. That’s the crux of the issues currently, nothing that can’t be addressed, but it needs to be addressed - anybody who thinks we are anywhere near where we want to be, where KMc wants us to be himself, is unfortunately utterly delusional.
