RESTRICTIONS
7.(1) Failing to clear up dog faeces by the person in charge of the dog on any land
to which the Order applies.
7. (2) Failing to comply with a request to leash a dog, by an authorised officer on
any land to which the Order applies.
7.(3) Failing to keep a dog on a lead by the person in charge of a dog on any public
and Council housing land in the London Borough of Camden other than Camden's
parks and open spaces.
7.(4) Failing to keep a dog on a lead by the person in charge of a dog in any part
of Hampstead Cemetery.
7.(5) The person in charge allowing their dog to enter land in parks or open spaces,
whether leashed or not, to which the exclusion element applies. These exclusion
areas include the following within the Borough:
(a) Children's play areas;
(b) Fenced sports areas;
(c) Multi Use Games Areas (MUGAs);
(d) Nature conservation areas;
(e) Flower beds and planted beds;
(f) Camden Square Gardens (North);
(g) Chalcot Square Gardens (all);
(h) Primrose Gardens (North);
(i) Fortune Green picnic area;
(j) Outdoor Gyms;
(k) Water features (which includes the person in charge failing to prevent
their dog urinating or defecating into a water feature);

Im absolutely sick of other people's dogs. Why is it that so many owners think that their dog is an entitlement which other people simply have to deal with?
I do NOT want to be subjected to endless barking of your dogs, nor do I want dogs running up to me, jumping, barking, snarling when I am walking in a public place.
5.50 am every morning this week. Barking little ********.

Im absolutely sick of other people's dogs. Why is it that so many owners think that their dog is an entitlement which other people simply have to deal with?
I do NOT want to be subjected to endless barking of your dogs, nor do I want dogs running up to me, jumping, barking, snarling when I am walking in a public place.

As a dog owner, this annoys me greatly.
If they are well behaved and you have complete control then fine. But it shouldn't be going near other people or dogs without permission.
My dog is reactive and the amount of people with off lead dogs saying "oh don't worry they are friendly" and then having to explain that my dog isn't and I don't want her to be stressed out.
One in particular round my way has two huskies and she just lets them off running up and down this lane and round corners paying zero attention to them. One day, I will lose my rag with her. |  |
