How about Ed Sheeran.

As humble as you get but still a global superstar.

Can't really think of a better celebrity to be associated with, even though he owns a small stake.

I say that as someone who simply enjoys his music and i'm not huge fan or anything, huge amout of respect for the one man show.

If I had to go elsewhere and have a comedian say, I'd have Anthony Jeselnik, that'd upset a few.

Otherwise..David Beckham. Taylor Swift. Arnold Schwarzenegger would be a nice one. Purely to bring global popularity to the club, it's a business after all.
