Never been keen on either Tractor Boys or 'Towen' (yuck) and 'Uppa Towen' can get in the bin. But maybe that's because I'm not a Suffolk native, though I have lived here most of my life since childhood.

Blues or simply Town, generic as they are, will do.

"Town" is often used, but it's merely a shortening of the club name so it isn't really a nickname as such.
"Blues" is as unimaginative as it gets.
I understand that some don't like "Tractor Boys", but at least it is a nickname.

Debenham was indeed the birth place of the Tractor Boy nickname.

I don't mind it, at least its unique to us. 'Blues' and 'Town' are fine, but very generic.
