| Promotion/Ground improvements on 13:24 - May 1 with 1115 views | blueprint | No the plan is that should we not get promoted the ground will be de-developed to pre 1938 standards with the chicken run getting reinstalled. Def info. | | | |

But without any planning permission or the HUGE logistics in place, there is absolutely zero chance of that sort of construction this summer. [Post edited 1 May 15:22]

Yes I was thinking whether they would start submitting plans, then maybe start work next summer?

Be good to hear much more about the building of the playing squad and the club, than blocked up stairs, how many miles of cabling, etc, etc. I really, really hope the scouting network has been in place long enough for us to get in a much stronger group of players this time round. But let's win tomorrow first and then we can all start the speculation!

As well as the benefits of the upgraded scouting network we should in the summer window see the benefit of the upgraded training ground. We were told when the investment was announced that it was needed to attract new signings, implying that as it was it was putting potential off. Hard to believe as surely the chance to work with KMc would be more than enough, but we'll see.
| Never forget that on 7th. April 2021, for ITFC, the Game Changed. |

VAR announcements weren't a thing last season, but I assume PL requirements now state that stadium speakers must be clear and audible. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

New stands or extensions to existing requires planning etc and unlikely until season after next at earliest. Replacement of the Churchman’s is going to be very expensive so extensions to other stands will be needed first to accommodate all those fans who will have to forgo their seats in the churchman’s until the new stand is completed. Demolition would have to begin literally the day after the season ends and it may be possible to open lower tiers before the stand is completed in full. The plus side of building a new stand is the fact that the structure can be built quite quickly as it’s mostly steel and concrete. Fit out of the concourses etc takes most of the construction time
