He’s in god mode, even through difficult times this season, the vast majority have always maintained what a blessing he is, was and always was going to be untouchable regardless of the outcome this season.
It’s been far from smooth this year, has proven to be the most difficult task getting this side promoted, but I think it proves and reaffirms just what a special manager he is to be find the formula when maybe not all the pieces fit quite right.

The right owners are so important. If he was here today, you'd only have to ask SBR. Earlyish on in his tenency here, quite a few supporters made it clear they wanted him out. One day he got a message that the Cobbolds wanted to see him in the boardroom. As he told it, he expected the worst.
