Jens just left Isaac's to go back to his penthouse.

I got a selfie! Lovely guy.

I told him to stay. I fear he will be on way out but would love to see us keep him.

Think that has worked out bloody nicely for us....Kipre a steal and although he slipped behind Greaves we have 3 of the 4 CBs we need for next year.

Cajuste a tougher one to decide and, if we dont have to make a decision til June 10th it is worth taking our time. Suspect we pass, but feel he would be more value to us in the Prem than in the helter skelter of the Champo.

Didn’t realise Kipre deal was an obligation to buy. Thought it was just a straight loan for the season?

I feel we're more likely to want him in the Prem than if we'd stayed down. Useful Prem squad player for us. Let's see, I think we will be very busy and not sentimental.

Neither did I. I thought it was just Akpom and Cajuste.

Really? We were found wanting last time and Kipre is below Dara and Greaves. We need to be aiming a lot higher if we want to stay up imo, but that’s for another day.

He wasn’t really last time though, was he.

I'm sure we will be, but £2m for a player who will likely be a solid 4th choice in that position isn't a bad deal

2.5 m is a steal for Cedric, even if we bring in more at CB offers great depth

I think there is zero chance we sign Cajuste.

What if we give him a 3-4 year deal and then get relegated?

Pure sentimentality. He wasn’t up to the job last time. We can’t just keep players you got a selfie with.

He was one of our best performers in the PL.

Maybe we can do better, but last season Cajuste was one of the few players that stood out, looked at home in the PL and had the ability to open up the opposition. If he’s over his knee issues (which KmK suggested), then I’d be delighted to have him in the squad at the right price.

He was overhyped as he could do a few nice turns in a dire team. Only Akpom was a more disappointing player this season.

English football isn't for him, let him go enjoy a decent career on the continent.

My hobbies include being quiet during trips, clapping with songs, and diabetes.

Sorry no he wasn't... perhaps one of the better midfielders at times..

As the midfield was one of the core areas that failed in the Prem priority no.1 for me is investment in beside Azor.

Nothing against Jens, but if he could do it in the EPL he should have outshone the Championship mids this season. He didnt.

Its a no from me I'm afraid.

Kipre - certainly helps keep the reinvestment lower there allowing for the numerous other positions we need. Likely another CB or hybrid CB/RB.

Cajuste - open minded but he was decent ish in the PL however its a position we need to strengthen significantly to have any chance to win a game next season!

Matusiwa and Taylor on squad list plus Nunez if thats his real position.

Leaves space for 2 more CMs, is that Cajuste, and or Neil? I feel like this is a significant area for investment so its one of Cajuste or Neil plus a new CM. The tough thing is, investment return, are we going to get a better CM than Cajuste at the £7m level? Even HH was suggested at ~£18m which seems we need a few in or around that bracket.
