Think it is the reconfiguration of the disabled section that adds capacity (to the Lower North) - safe standing is still one person per seat. |  | | |

Moving the disabled sections around will add a few more ‘seats’ the ones that were always covered up at either end for example will now be able to be used. Probably only taking a couple of hundred if that. | |

I believe this is proper safe standing where the seat is built into the rails, rather than just putting rails over the existing seat.
I would assume they will be usable at half time but I think in some other countries the seats lock in the upright position unless it is a match where seating is enforced.
