The website is built on Urban Zoo's sports media platform - not sure why that reflects poorly on Halo unless I am missing something? [Post edited 10 Jun 12:48]

No, been failing all day. I’ve emailed the address, but with no response yet. As others have said, poor - given they are turning tickets into a digital experience [Post edited 10 Jun 16:31]

Rang back at 4.30pm and got an answer without delay. After discussing with ticket office, it transpires that there is a known auto fill fail issue. Went back in and set up a new digital account manually typing each section and it worked.
Was a bit of faffing about with it not recognising certain areas is door number alone on one line not accepted but door number then street name on same line was ok.
Haven't tried moving seats yet. Next job. | | | |
