Surely its as simple as finding a club willing to buy a player and then loan them back for an inflated loan fee with a built in obligation to buy.

'Other' club makes a small amount of free money and Hull escape a penalty.

Maybe we should register a club with the sole purpose of being a vehicle for helping professional clubs get around such rules?

Buy some youth player off them for £6m on 30th June, sell him back on 1st July for £6.5m. Everyone's a winner.
