That may be true - but if all the metrics that SS and mibile phone users point to him then why would MA NOT appoint him?
What Im seeing is that despite my initial sense of 'surely we can do better' is that the data and the dashboard do actually point to him as someone likely to do what we need him to do (get us to 17th or above(. | |

Sometimes we don't even have to have an agenda, we may be seeking out the opinions of others in the hope of progressing the logic of a situation to find the likely reason, e.g a person versed in the ways of football could be hoodwinked by a politician versed in the ways of making a photo opportunity regardless of the impact (favourable or adverse) it might have on others.
