Sounds good. Not entirely sure about the celery. I would replace that with some lentils and carrots.

Peas and sweetcorn should never be included in the same dish.

Sounds great! I’d actually happily enjoy that - always have a vege curry with the meat/other dishes in an Indian restaurant. Chicken stir fry tonight. Blackbean bean sauce, chicken, lots of veges including mange touts (home grown), courgettes and chilli’s (home grown, Mushrooms, onions, bean shoots (Asda), cooked in chilli oil. Just add soy sauce and the left over chilli dip from last night and happy days. Thank you Mrs C. I can cook stuff including stir fry but my cooking is League 2, hers is Premier League. Why? Mind you if one has to go, ditch the peas. I have.never liked the flavour. Possibly due to everything being overcooked when I was a child and the world was in black and white

Whoo, whoo, whoo. Hold you on Churchey. Enough with the controversial statements. Clearly the sweet corn has to go which has no purpose on this planet other to make tortilla chips and decorate poo. As we all know, yellow and green shoould never been seen together.
| FAO GlasgowBlue on 22:01 - Jul 4 with 635 views | GlasgowBlue | Well done Benters. Next time make a chickpea curry poured over roasted cauliflower. That’s my favourite. | |
