I'd like to see the other parties step aside to allow Count Binface a clear run at it.

Unless the guidance has changed in the last few hours, the complaints are only suspended pending the outcome of the by-election. The commissioner can also continue with their investigation at their discretion. Unless the earlier explanations today were wrong of course.
