As I remember he used to get himself on national TV as the man who could predict the weather - and sold those predictions to industry - before straying into denial of climate change, anti-vax and more general conspiracy tin foil hattery. Just what Clacton needs.

I don’t think it’s possible for a prominent anti-vaxxer to be harmless. They’re exceptionally dangerous when they have a platform.
I live in clacton and have done for all of my 65 years so I have to put up with this circus thats happening in my town.
Farage started it a few years ago when he got our local MP to defect from the Tories to his then party, Ukip. Ever since then he has been plodding around the area going from pub to pub and always with photographers not far behind.
My fellow people of clacton have been taken in by his waffle and fake personality and they seem to think he is some kind of god and wont have a bad word said about him.
I would absolutely love it if he lost, but I can't see it happening.
