But what is the problem with being entertained for twenty minutes?

	Sometimes I think about the frothing lunatics I’ve put on ignore, who will have kept replying to me again and again, but I don’t even realise they exist.

The show itself was embarrassing regardless of the fact it's against the rules and probably affected the players.

Yeah entertained. We have a household demographic from 19 to 63. We all enjoyed that. Fat Ronaldo, the Muppets, Madonna etc. good fun . Better than listening to Gary Neville droning on. TWTD seems to be turning into grumpy old men.

No, it doesn’t work. Football matches are about pace and rhythm. 15 mins is the right length of time. The Half time show bilge might work in NFL, because of how the sport works, but not football. Same with the advert breaks. I do wish they’d call it what it is. It’s nothing to do with ‘hydration’.

I actually quite liked it - thought it was fun, and interesting seeing the different nations involved. I was surprised i liked it (as I didn’t like the idea of it before the game and thought it was just Americanisation).

Obviously don’t want it in every match. But as a one-off every 4 years for the World Cup final, I quite liked it.
