That goes into the last week of August that stops us doing a bit of business ourselves. It kind of feels one that might drag on as his representatives are clearly trying to drum up interest.
A move to Turkey, Italy etc is unlikely to bring in over 30M+ for a player that hadn’t done it in the Premier League.

More concerned about the release of funds that it should allow for other areas. I doubt we will be buying anyone else for behind the strikers if Ensico comes.

He won’t play for us again, I’m almost certain of that, just a case now of a club meeting our valuation for him to move on - but given his PR campaign through the press apparently there’s a lot of big clubs queuing up for him so should be able to drill up a bidding war to £100m or so.

Yes Jaden may want away, and is hyping it, but the challenge is that we’ll want to make £10m profit on him. And I’m not sure the clubs circling are up for a £30m+ purchase.
We shall see, but this could drag on, and we don’t want him in the building if he’s not into the project. |  |

Realistically for Fiorentina it would have to be a player swap for 30m and the only player they have probably of interest to Town is their main striker: Moise Kean whom has always been a bit hit and miss but is that physical front man and finisher. Can't see the swap for their main man.
For Roma or a big Turkish club money is actually probably not such an issue. Surprised no German clubs have been interested maybe Billy-gene is included for the Leverkusen midfielder because otherwise I cannot see what we can offer that Leipzig can't or no other Prem team would. Also don't see that deal happening but can see JP at Leverkusen more than their midfielder here.
Think he would be a real excitement in Bundesliga but if he is to be a journeyman Serie A or Turkish Super League would be the classic direction to take. | | | |

I agree, I was being sarcastic in my post, which is always hard to tell over text!
I think the fact Jadens team has had to churn out his desire to leave on multiple occasions and yet nothing seems down the line on an exit deal speaks volumes itself.
I think he will leave, I doubt the queues will be long to pay the figure for him, but think he will get his move.

Problem is, Jaden isn't as good as he or his agent thinks he is. Yes he scored some worldies but I don't put him in the same category as Hutch. I'd say he is more on par with Clarke - a good top end championship player who hasn't proved nothing at the top level - he's 24 and there are an abundance of tricky wingers on the market - and add in that we will want 30m - i cant see many people wanting to pay that for him. Saudi might be an option maybe, as clearly there isn't the interest there was assumed there would be. |  | | |

Yep, there have been allegations that Fabrizio will tweet for cash and it wouldn’t surprise me if the agent has paid to generate interest. I’ve seen £30M mentioned a lot. Where has this come from. Is a 50% increase realistic or will we settle for something much closer to the £20M we paid to let an unhappy player leave. To me it feels simple.
Tell Jaden that he's free to leave so long as a club can meet our valuation of him, and terms are agreed before the squad leaves for Berlin in a little under two weeks' time.
If that doesn't happen, he's still under contract and will be expected to travel with the squad.
As I've said elsewhere, if he's as in-demand as his agent claims, there should be no trouble working within those constraints. | |
