Until he's not our player any more, I want to see Philogene as integrated into the training and preparation process as possible. I want him ready to play a part against Sunderland, if required.
The internet mutterings might have no real substance to them, or any deals may not come to fruition (we don't need the money). There is very little concrete evidence that he's on his way out. |  |

Unless anyone is going to stump up the £35-40mil he will stay.
They way I see it is he is open and interested in a move. He's not throwing his toys out and refusing to play. Sound like his representatives are seeing if they can get him a club Europe. It's not personal it's his career. It becomes more personal if/when he downs tools.
I suspect if the move doesn't happen he'll knuckle down and play no problems. | |
