Hire a few gig economy workers, give them three vans filled with barrels of liquid and ask to deliver to some GPS coordinates. i’d imagine once one of these chaps realised what might be happening (proximity to Fairford ringing alarm bells) they took it upon themselves to call the police, ditched the vans and hot footed it across the fields in panic.
