Because I am old, some of my targeted Facebook content seems to be retro computer games, which does actually bring up some nice stuff.
For those of similarly advanced years, share the obscure/low budget/forgotten games that entertained you before consoles too over.
Here's one from me. Rockstar Ate My Hamster. Sort of like football manager but with pop bands. Had this on the spectrum 128k, but also played a lot on a mates Atari ST.
Hampstead is a satirical text adventure game released for the Sinclair ZX Spectrum in 1984 by publisher Melbourne House.
• Premise: Players start with a dole check in a filthy, run-down council flat in northwest London on a Thursday. • Objective: Climb the British social ladder by getting dressed, signing on for unemployment benefits, securing a high-paying city job, wooing a model, and ultimately buying a house on Hampstead Heath
Match Day and then Match Day 2 on the specie, original 48k rubber keys. Moved onto an Atari 520 STFM which I still have, and had kick off, still one of my fave ever footy games.
Non footy my fave was Rigel’s Revenge from Mastertronic, remember when games were £1.99?

No idea when I began here, was a very long time ago. Previously known as Spirit_of_81. Love cheese, hate the colour of it, this is why it requires some blue in it.

Took a bit of playing to get used to Sensi. Once you did though, it was so instinctive and fluid. Really felt like playing football
Kick Off felt instinctive and fluid too, and I if I remember correctly was a bit of a narrower viewport than Sensi which made the players feel a bit more real, and they seemed to have more ability to swerve and bend the ball a bit - hard to put a label on it really. You had to know where your teammates were a bit more than Sensi with its wider view. 5-3-2 was my go to.
Goal (KO3, Dino Dini?) was bit of a wider viewport yet retained the swervability I think.
Goal family = Pablo Sensi = Kuqi
Good work by Philogene...... GREAT WORK BY PHILOGENE!!!

Sensible was definitely the Pablo in this argument.
I was born underwater, I dried out in the sun.
I started humping volcanoes baby, when I was too young.
