| Sorry, it’s easy to scapegoat Walton for that result… 16:11 - Nov 8 with 656 views | brazil1981 | Firstly Bournemouth gave a master in the high press, we really struggled against it and it caused the mistakes which led to both goals! But we were poor throughout the team I’m afraid! Accept Walton and defenders made mistakes for the goals, but our forward players just weren’t at it either! Palicious wasn’t his usual self, Enciso’s shooting was weak, Philogene didn’t make use of promising space in the first half, I could go on! | | | | |

Walton is also crap and has cost us again…

| Sorry, it’s easy to scapegoat Walton for that result… on 16:14 - Nov 8 | Nthsuffolkblue | I agree there were far too many who didn't play well but no defending Walton and it was in the context of him not having covered himself in glory recently. Scherpen is back in for me. | |

| Sorry, it’s easy to scapegoat Walton for that result… on 16:18 - Nov 8 | quad | Are you actually being serious? He tried to take the ball around Evanilson who is a striker in very good form. You just can't gift a goal like that. No scapegoating about it. It was far too risky and he shouldn't even have contemplated trying it. | | | |

And that one completely changed it, we were playing some lovely stuff and had opened them up at least twice before that error, we never really recovered it felt like.

Watch every goal he’s conceded since a came in and people hanging onto to throwing a leg out against Fulham. Honestly he’s poor.

| Sorry, it’s easy to scapegoat Walton for that result… on 16:24 - Nov 8 | jas0999 | If it was a one off mistake fair enough. But it’s not. He’s been poor recently and does little to give any confidence whatsoever. It’s remarkable we have spent so much amd ems up with a really poor goalkeeping unit. What were GON and MA thinking? These slow starts and amateur hour goals will cost us. Far far too easy for Bournemouth. | | | |

| Sorry, it’s easy to scapegoat Walton for that result… on 16:25 - Nov 8 | Swansea_Blue | Sure, a valid point regarding their press. But it was also an awful error by Walton. About to be closed down and the ball comes back to him at a comfortable pace on his strongest side. He just needs to get rid. He was kicking long hell of a lot more after it lol, so it shows he can do it but he just had an inexplicable brain fart where he decided to see if he could sell a dummy to Evanilson and dribble past him. | |

100% this. | | | |
| Sorry, it’s easy to scapegoat Walton for that result… on 16:51 - Nov 8 | TheBoyBlue | Thought Palacios was his usual secure self. Think I saw him misplaced one pass the whole game, managed to keep the ball in really tight positions. Thought we were better than them in the first half although we didn't create enough chances and also after we scored it was mainly us. I don't believe Bournemouth were at their best (possibly because we were playing well) and seemed in control, but apart from the second half until our goal I wouldn't have said we struggled. Do agree about Philogene and Enciso though | |

| Sorry, it’s easy to scapegoat Walton for that result… on 17:39 - Nov 8 | Blue_Heath | Give Bournemouth credit, every time we had 3 or 4 players were straight on us, when they passed they had a player in acres of space. That was the difference today, I thought we looked a lot 'fitter' this time out in the prem but Bournemouth were way quicker than us. | |

| Sorry, it’s easy to scapegoat Walton for that result… on 18:04 - Nov 8 | ITFC_84 | He’s made a shocker. It’s led to an early goal for an established prem team. It’s an uphill battle as it is, that kind of stuff almost sinks us. He just CAN NOT be doing that with the ball in this league. It’s another mistake from him. He’s not up to the level needed to keep us up I’m afraid. Great servant though. | | | |
