Crunch time before going into a much deserved international break.

What system will be used this time!? A way to get McGoldrick+Celina into the 11!?

More questions than answers this season!

How can an international break be well deserved?

Not hugely confident for PNE, I suspect the selection will be squad roulette.

We always lose after the break as well!

Everyone on this forum is always wrong.

We usually lose on the last game before an international break

Preston are a decent side. Would like a win but wouldn't be too gutted with a draw.

To be honest i'm looking forward to the international break.

4 very interesting high stakes games with the two Ireland sides and Italy/Sweden should be good as well.

I just hope we win or at least draw while playing well just so we don't have two weeks of hysteria.

Truly impaired.

Preston have looked alright when I've seen them.

They are on sky tonight, have a watch and see if I'm wrong.

I think he'll revert to 4 forwards, 3 of which will be out of position.

I know that was then, but it could be again..

Assuming one of those is Waggy, that's probably unfair.

He's played most of his career as a winger. I think he's better as a winger able to run at players and cut inside anyway tbh

Considering the fixtures we have got to the end of the year, I guess you have to look at this being a game to win. Preston are on odd team though, away form better than home, recently.

PNE 0-0 Millwall
Hull 1-2 PNE
PNE 2-2 Sunderland
Fulham 2-2 PNE
Wolves 3-2 PNE
PNE 2-3 Brentford

They are scoring 2 goals a game recently too, so no doubt Mick will see this as a reason to try to shut up shop f or a 0-0 (although Burton and Cardiff scored against after weeks of failing to score), rather than considering they ship a load of goals, so lets go out to attack and win the game.

I do not often watch Premiership games unless there is something riding on them and usually watch any Championship game that is on but I do watch any Champions League game that looks interesting to me.
Never watch Europa League though.

Things always go mental on here during the international break. I'm stockpiling popcorn.

If I remember rightly I think we have lost before each international break this season. If true, that doesn't bode well for Saturday.

Preston will be well organised and tough to break down. They'll wait for us to make a mistake and capitalise.

They looked ok. Some good football in spells on the floor.

Villa looked superb though. If villa play that for most of their remaining games, they'll win the league no doubt

You seen his goals per minute ratio? Get him up front. Is Garner doing enough to keep his place? Has Sears done anything? Keep Celina in, play Didz and Waghorn up front.

Sears barely ever starts - and rightly so.

Celina for me the jury is out on. He has done far better off the bench than in the few games he's started.

Garner adds a lot up front as a hold up player in my opinion.

Waggys goals have come as a winger being able to move inside or cut inside with the ball. For me, it's working as him on the wing.

I'd play 4-3-3:
Bart
Spence, Chambo, Webster and Knudsen
Ward Skuse Nydam*
Waggy Garner Didz

*If Huws and Adeyemi are fit, they'd replace Nydam and Ward for me. I'm a big fan of Nydam though. Think the lad is better than both Downes and Dozzell.

From last night's match report......

"Preston's defence, already depleted through injury and suspension, suffered further setbacks as Calum Woods and Joshua Earl were forced off with knocks at half-time.Preston manager Alex Neil told BBC Radio Lancashire: "I've been in football since I was 16 and I've never known as many injuries at any club at one time."
