It is highly likely that one or more are not believers but feel obliged to keep that hidden and play along. Which is reprehensible in 2020.
I'd always assumed that these "shows" were just for the cameras and to garner the massive bible belt vote.
Is it truly damaging in 2020 for an MP to openly admit that they don't believe in a higher god of any denomination? Seems absolute madness, if so.

Good grief.
So much for the constitutional separation of church and state.
Isn't our own current cabinet the first one* to all be sworn in via religious oaths rather than any secular ones? I'm fairly sure I read or heard that somewhere.
*first in a long time - I imagine there have been others in the distant past.
And yet God seems to hate Christian South Koreans.....mysterious ways and all that!
What reason could god give for not answering these prayers - ones that must be swamping his in tray
Are there not enough ?
Is the cause not worthy enough ?
Or could it be that like cricket appeals humans are only allowed so many per day ?
Maybe he has got the hump and is thinking I know what I am doing so don't have the cheek to think you can change my mind by closing your eyes and mumbling. I mean the least you could do is put forward a credible argument not some grovelling begging. And this idea of 'hear my our prayers' is a bit of a slur on my omnipotence...suggesting that there might be something that impairs my hearing.
Any more of this and you'll get more than Trump next, be warned
