Agree with that. Edwards is the sort of player who will go to another club, play in a consistent team and have fans wondering why we let him go in a few months time. I don't think he's been as poor this season as popular opinion makes out, just not lived up to that first couple of months.
Keane looked to be an asset in December and January and then has forgotten how to score since (issues with creativity obviously noted here). |  |

I think most of Hurst's signings were on quite small money, and subsequently had it cut in half on relegation so doubt Edwards will be on much more than £2-3k a week | |

Given that Football League clubs may have next to no income for the foreseeable future, why trigger extensions for any of the older players? I doubt many other clubs will be in position to offer them any sort of contracts. |  |

Steve, I don't believe that you watch Edwards and see ability. I know most on here struggle with that sort of thing but I am sure that you can see how poor he has been and is. He completely lacks natural footballing ability and awareness. Take away his pace and he would struggle at village level | |

Keep Skuse and Edwards. Skuse has bags of experience so can help the younger guys and Edwards is a useful squad player. KVY and Edwards on the right is one quick side of the pitch. |  | | |

Another problem is I think Lankaster is far better and would want him playing, Rowe can only really play in a 4-4-2 and I don't think that will suit us when we need to be playing more of a 4-3-3 | | | |
