Nice topic sir.

I'll think of something better hopefully later, but for now, we've past the winter equinox, so the days are going to get longer and brighter. Not news, but worth remembering in the gloom.

Has anyone ever looked at their own postings for last day or so? Oh my... so sorry. Was Ullaa

Nice one hoppy and kind of snap: had a client call up on Christmas eve and insist I send them their invoice for quite a large project in my world, so I did and they paid 10 mins later. Good people about.

Daughter had a simultaneous kidney and pancreas transplant this year, I hope she will be able to make a trip back to PR soon, well as soon as it is safe for her to do so. This has made a massive difference to her life and what she can now do, shame about the pandemic.

Good luck to her. Hope she's safely back at PR soon.

I booked a cheap hotel on a no cancel deal that I now cannot use due to restrictions, but I discovered I could amend the date, and by scrolling through I managed to find a date that was less than the original booking price. They will refund the difference!
Who knew?

Whilst all organ transplants are life-changing in the best possible way there's something very special about the effect a kidney-pancreas transplant has on someone's life - they remove all kinds of lifestyle, dietary and medical restrictions upon the recipient's life - no more diabetes, no more limited diets, no more fluid restrictions, no more dialysis.
