Quite. That in conjunction with a whole litany of other offensive acts would seem a reasonable basis to consider someone to be scum. There are a few posters on here who are quick to defend the right of bigots to not be abused by people who dislike bigots, but they tend to stay remarkably silent when it comes to defending the grips the bigot in question happily attacks. Pretty low, imo. | |

It's also up to the defendant to prove their reputation has been or could be, substantially harmed. His job is to be reviled by one side for provocative views, quite frankly it helps his reputation, not causes any harm. |  | | |
