Not really good enough

Been ok, no worse than Celina and Chaplin today imo. Not their best games and it really has shown how Jacksons movement is key to their space and input, Bonne just isn't anywhere near that level of movement

I don't know what to make of him. Positioning is good but he seems to lose concentration too often.

Poll: If KM goes now, will you applaud him when he returns with his new club?

he is frustrating to watch - made some good tackles and interceptions today but his short passing and first touch are poor

Though he did alright, personally.....He's a half decent mid Championship loanee, not Declan Rice... We really needed a win today, and , unfortunately came up short. So I guess the knives will be out , from some..... Don't think anyone played badly today.. I thought Burgess slotted in seamlessly at LCB... Shame we didn't nick it, but there you go....

He’s been decent the past couple of appearances but was miles off it today when it came to possession, Carroll showed so much more class in that respect. Too many momentum killing moments.

I'd change your word order there so that it reads 'really not good enough'.

Technically fine but decision-making abysmal. No fight in him whatsoever and seems to want to look like he's not trying (even though i'm sure his running stats will tell you he is). How he gets in ahead of el mizouni is beyond me.

Mind you, he plays the deepest of the midfielders in a team that doesn't concede goals, so what do i know. Fails the eye test but maybe his stats tell a different story.

Poll: Which would you accept?

I sometimes wonder what people are watching? No worse than Chaplin LOL!

Chaplin didn't do nearly enough today; I can understand why Aluko was dropped to the bench but we missed his touch and move. Chaplin is a bit like Bonne - strong at the start of the season but it feels like he's lost his way.

Best player on the pitch today.

Depends what you're expecting from him TBH, He did his job well, kept his opponent quiet and kept it tidy in front of the backline, He didn't do anything special but did his job. Same as Chaplin who did a job but didn't do anything amazing.

Chaplin? No, thought Burgess was very good. Would argue, in terms of performance, we got weaker the further up the pitch we went.

Bakinson struggled a bit. Personally I thought Morsy going off was the game changer. Jackson was a blow too. Both Carroll and Bonne were a shadow of the players they replaced.

Burgess was good but had little to do, no downgrade from Edmundson. Chaplin looked dangerous lots of decent reverse balls and caused problems. Created our two best chances one for Jackson and our best chance for Celina.

He also created a few excellent opportunities for Celina to pick someone out in the box, which he did not.

I like him, very decent back up/competition to Morsy and evans with potential to really improve.

The only Muff in Town.

Apart from creating our only two decent sights on goal from open play?

I just wish Chaplin would take more time on the ball sometimes. In the first half especially he kept trying clever first time flicks that 90% of the time gave away possession. Did far less of this in the second half and thought he was more effective.

His job is to create, hence I said Bakinson was no worse than Chaplin. Bakinson has a deeper role and did his job to an ok standard. Chaplin played his role to an ok standard.

We just dominated the midfield of one of the form teams in the division, didn't we? Or did I just imagine that?

I like him.

He’s not exceptional. He’s probably not played loads and has more to give in a settled team.

I would certainly take him into next season.

Would rate Bakinson as a squad player but definitely not one to rely on if we are going for promotion next season
