Really? I thought Clarke Harris was excellent feeding of scraps and balls shunted up to him. Held up the ball well with no one around him.

Sorry but don’t think he held the ball up even once, and lost most if not all aerial battles with the centre halves. Certainly no place in our set up for someone who isn’t mobile at all.

I think we'll be setting our sights higher than Taylor or Clarke Harris.

For all those saying no on one performance need to look back a week. I don’t really know if we are looking at exactly this player or someone with more experience at a higher level. Whatever happened last night is not only down to Taylor, the whole team didn’t do what they needed to do to protect that lead. I don’t believe their attitude was right from the start and that probably the management team for allowing them to think they were already through.

Exactly- some people on here have awful judgement.

If McKenna brings him in I’m fully behind him. How many people genuinely thought Hirst was not the answer to our lack of ruthlessness. Loads of us were sceptical, myself included- in McKenna we trust.

To be fair the game last night didn’t really show Taylor or JCH in a good light as Posh didn’t keep the ball for more than about two passes.

On last night’s showing, I’m not sure we’d want Edwards either as their defence was shaky as.

We need to be setting our sights a bit higher than Posh players me thinks.

Quite, although given it was so apparent McKenna really wanted Hirst for some time I was fully confident he was the answer. Why? Because I trust McKenna’s judgement over myself or anyone else here. He’s earned that trust.

By Higher what do you mean ?

Jack Taylor is a stand out player in league one, a player who is comfortably good enough to play in the champ and with loads of room to improve which he will under Mckenna.

Big NO from me, not now we are up.

Don't see he adds anything to the current squad, plus I imagine another no.10/CAM is on the way.

RIP Sir Bobby

You won't see many worse performances by a centre-forward than that. Peterborough were gagging to relieve some pressure all night and he barely moved, barely jumped and barely won a foul.

And his poor clearance in the last seconds of injury time gifted Wednesday their equaliser. He should have hoofed tht with all of his might.

This is funny, when they won, people were talking about him being a good signing. Then Posh lose a game, and now he's rubbish.

Football fans eh!

If that had cleared the deeper CM, or went a long way to sides of him it would have been full time

I liked the fact he can play as a DM. Box to Box CM or even a 10. Quite handy.
