I have been watching Town since the 70s and the level of support the fans give the players is as good as I can remember.
It has been building over last few seasons and has accelerated since KM became manager. A lot of credit to the old Section 6/Blue Action folk for getting the ball rolling. | | | |

Couldn't agree more. The noise spreads throughout the ground now instead of stopping at the North Stand and even at 2-0 down I thought the atmosphere was still encouraging. | |

At the end of the Mick era I used to applaud myself for sitting through what he served up. And other fans for doing the same. It was more in knowing community spirit. Like but not in anyway similar clap the NHS, you are appreciating efforts of others that have endured.

I assume people are doing it this season because we are in extraordinary times, attendance-wise. Could be the highest average crowd in the club's history if things keep going at current rate (currently averaging about 28,800). Not sure people have always done it. |  |
