No personal attacks are intended here, but I find the regular McDonald's related 'jokes' to be a bit distasteful and somewhat offensive.
I don't think people ought to poke fun out of specific places of work. My brother, who has rather limited opportunities in life, used to work at McDonald's and he took his job very seriously and worked extremely hard.
I can imagine that many people who work in that type of food service job might read comments like these and it knocks their self-esteem or makes them feel inferior to others.
At the end of the day, as long as people are going out every day, working in the best opportunity available to them in order to support themselves and pay their way in the world, then nobody can knock them. |  |
