Tuned in to United v Fulham thinking come on Fulham. Can’t stand United.

Then dawned on me Fulham could be a rival in the bottom half. Fulham having a poor start is no bad thing given they are here in a fortnight.

Strange feeling for this stuff to suddenly be relevant again. I was 22 last time we were in the Premier League. My kids hadn’t been born.

All these games watched with it feeling a world away from being relevant to Town and suddenly I’m hoping Man Utd win!

I'm watching Coventry v Oxford. Old habits and all that.

As much as it's great being in the Prem, I still find the Championship a much more intriguing watch.

Hoping for some El-Miz minutes tonight.

Yes. Very odd feeling wanting the bigger teams to beat the smaller teams in the Premier League

On the evidence so far, Man Utd look to be more of the relegation rival..don't think Fulham will struggle this season to be honest.

Fulham are a big physical team..and can easily impose themselves on a game..I worry about a good few of our players, who are very light and easily get pushed around

Traore is a ridiculous player. Not looking forward to him tearing down the wing at PR.

Yep, looking at Fulham, the supposed weaker team, they look so fast and strong.

Our enthusiasm will get us over the first few games, by which time the players will have wised up and will be OK. Big advantage we have over some other clubs, like say Luton last season, is that we have a manager with Prem experience and who’ll know what to expect.

Issue is, he then has to kick the ball

McKenna would turn him into a Ballon D'Or contender.

Yes I got bored of Manu Fulham and switched over to the Cov Oxford game - a lot more entertaining

I thought we might have been in for Haji Wright

2-2 now.

Oxford don't look like they are there just to make up the numbers that's for sure.

Easy to play against if you don't try and out run him. Just position yourself correctly and you'll get him. He's fast but seems really thick as a footballer.

a niche perspective

I can see Man U being as much a rival to our final league placing as Fulham!

It's a few years since I took much interest in the Premier League, but watching this tonight makes me think we don't have too much to worry about. Can't wait to go to Portman Road tomorrow. 10.30 train from Felixstowe and a beer in the fanzone. Bring it on!

I don't see us challenging for relegation but perhaps Fulham will be comfortably mid-table. We will see.

I have us in 14th and Fulham relegated in 18th. Manchester United in 4th.
