I think that's pretty unfair on Bakinson.
The 2021/22 loans (Bakinson, Dom Thompson, Celina, Bonne, Walton, Barry and Coulson) were miles better than the 2020/21 loans (Bennetts, Parrott, Matheson, Luke Thomas(??- don't even recall him) and Harrop).
Sure, they were all mostly meh - but most of the 2020/21 loans were stealing a living as professional footballers.
Barry was the only one from the 2021/22 who made zero impact but he was 18 years old and only 18 months earlier had been poached from West Brom by Barcelona.
