It’s massive step up but a lot of poor performances and no real idea it seems - Phillips was bad, Johnson bad, Muric good and bad, Clarke done nothing , Hutchinson ineffective and bullied off the ball. Delap, Morsy, Davies and burns only real players who had ok to good games | | | |

Only one who looked like doing anything for me bar Delap - he was admittedly not great but gave a bit of impetus and didn’t give the ball away too much - but no one really had a good game, credit where credits due, it is west ham who have spent a lot of money and been playing together in this league for a long time and were just way too streetwise for us- | | | |

It was a bit Prem v Champ, WH could easily have been 3 or 4 up by ht and looked like scoring everytime they attacked. Other than Delap, we didn't threaten them much at all.
Not nice to watch, but it's over, no big deal. On to the next one. |  |

I wouldn't particularly say that but this has left me feeling more down then probably any game since McKenna came in. I think it's because I really thought we were in the ascendency after the Villa game.

I don't think we can use the level as a comparison. Most of the team playing today are not the players who started for us in the Championship.
