Spurs 21:29 - Feb 6 with 4171 views | seblue78 | Not sure who they’ll have back by the time we play them in a couple of weeks, but based on this performance you’ve gotta think they're one of the ones we need to get something from. They really are bang average (albeit Liverpool are excellent).
Spurs on 21:34 - Feb 6 with 3394 views | ArnieM | It’s been almost a comfort to witness that even Spurs with 3 in midfield are struggling to get the ball out of defence , much as we did. But as you say, Liverpool are head n shoulders better. But I think we can double Spurs this season.

I can’t help but constantly think about the fact we signed a goalie for 10million on the advice of someone whose only professional experience was working at Tesco. Sounds insane and beyond belief but here we are with all the good work of the last two seasons about to unravel.

Spurs on 21:50 - Feb 6 with 3210 views | Dubtractor | There was a lot of pundit chat after our game at Anfield about us being way too passive, and Liverpool not needing to work hard for the win, all of which is true, but I think it's been even easier for Liverpool tonight.

Spurs on 21:57 - Feb 6 with 3131 views | seblue78 | I think we’ve a decent chance. They’re awful. The Brentford result just papered over the cracks a bit. Fact is it’s a game we’ll need to get something out of - see also Wolves, Leicester and Brentford.

...but I'll say it again, Postecoglou is a massive fraud of a manager. If it wasn't for his gruff Crocodile Dundee routine then he'd have been sacked weeks ago. When you couple him with a CEO that genuinely doesn't give a toss about football it was always going to be a disaster. They are a ridiculous club.

They had almost a full strength side last time we played them. They could build a Real Madrid-like Galactico squad and still look like they're trying to lose games on purpose, it's just who they are.

Spurs on 23:16 - Feb 6 with 2722 views | Bigalhunter | We can’t just target games where we think we might be able to get something. Just about every time we’ve done that, it’s been an absolute sh *tshow. Every remaining game has to be viewed as one with points to be won and I’m hopeful, but not confident that KM will come up with something to afford us some hope. Liverpool & Man City aren’t lurking to administer another humiliation, but if we play like we have for the last five games, we’ll be in for plenty more hidings and it’ll all be over pretty quickly. This is unfortunately true. Relegation wouldn't have been a surprise to me this season and yes, we are ahead of schedule on the plan and can come back strong, but recruitment has not worked in a lot of ways. I really think we have squandered a huge opportunity on multiple occasions to be a significant amount of points better off and it will now be a bit of disappointment and anti-climax for me, if we do drop. 2 points from a possible 9 so far against the teams we came up with is a real shoot yourself in the foot return. That Fulham game is a real sliding doors moment. The Bournemouth game irks me massively along with Leicester for two different reasons. Don't get me started on our last result. Even as recently as Brighton at home. We weren't even in the bottom three at kick off and we managed to get back in there despite nobody else playing. [Post edited 7 Feb 5:41]

No one said anything about targeting games. More it’s one of the games where you’d think we’ve a more realistic chance of getting something.
