It was suggested in the summer that the wolf wanted away. I hope not. I remember watching him under cook before KMK joined. He wasn’t great at all back then, but has developed so much and probably has further develop in him.

I checked his entry on transfermarkt but he seems to be purely a centre back, rather than someone who can cover, says the full back positions. | |

Thinking out loud, I'm wondering if someone's picked up a mid to long term injury which we haven't yet disclosed. That, or a club's come in for either O'Shea (more likely) or Greaves which hasn't been made public. They're the only reasons why this would make sense to me. | |

How did their goal start with Greaves? Absolutely nothing wrong with his ball back to Palmer, he and O'Shea split as you want them to and instead of Palmer zipping a pass into midfield to then go out right, or going straight to O'Shea, he lofts a dreadful ball forward to the weakest man on the pitch and we're out of position when they inevitably win a pretty much uncontested header on the half way line. | | | |

We're probably better off with a right footer at LCB to get the ball out to Davis as comfortably as possible. If we were looking go okay down the middle, or switch the ball to the right, then a left footer would be more beneficial. [Post edited 15 Aug 17:02]

Stats may prove me wrong. But maybe wolfy took the ball on more than oshea so greaves concentrated on defending more and being the cover rather than a ball playing defender. Not sure.
