Given the forum has been slow as again, I have a solutuon 14:36 - Aug 22 with 1094 viewsbluelagos

Instead of culling old threads, we need to a cull of posters, those who fail to meet "above average" be binned until the mouse in the statalite can cope with the traffic.

Happy to be arbiter if there's no consensus...
