I was in the Cubs, Scouts and Venture Scouts, so have the associated camping skills, abseiling, building a fire, orienteering etc. And I have a tin opener. I'm a decent cook too.
I run quite a bit, so should be quicker than others at escaping threats. And am trained in karate when it comes to that.

I mentioned above my primary school. Whilst I was there a swimming pool was built.
It was 11 yards long and I went in a short space of time from learning to swim to swimming a mile.
