My version usually goes like this. 1/ Buy a tonne of liver 2/ Get saucepan out for potatoes 3/ Get onions ready for slicing. 4/ dip a tonne of liver in flour. 5/ Put saucepan and onions away. 6/ Fry a tonne of liver and eat the lot. 7/ Sit down and wonder what you can cook tomorrow with onion and potato

I hated it as it was always served up over cooked and dry. Cooked "correctly" nice and moist it is far better from crap served up to me before.
