I think posts like this highlight that standing in solidarity with movements like BLM, and those who are currently protesting in the USA has to be an ongoing effort.

You can make as many supportive posts as you like, but unless you also denounce some of the racist tripe that gets posted in response, it's nothing more than window dressing.

Credit to WBA for (hopefully) backing up their words with concrete actions.
