What if their names begin with a number, like my good friend 4ave?

Agree - there are so many grey areas on this when all permutations should be considered and answered in simple and understandable ways. I am totally confused as to what I can do about my parents on my birthday on the 31st - are they allowed in my house? My Dad has COPD and been shielding but my sister and niece have been going in their house (Which infuriated me, as it was a risk). Can they have a cuppa here or have to bring their own drinks? Just so many questions and feel so damned depressed. I don't want this as the new normal. I hate that expression.

Two households up to any number inside. Surely Norwich can have their fans back? 6 people outside from different households.

The fact that some people can't use common sense is a more damning indictment. I guarantee every single person has done something against the rules during this pandemic whether they meant it or not. If you're worried about getting or spreading the virus, don't go out. If you don't care, crack on.
